We want you to be completely confident buying from TapPlaque. Every plaque is backed two ways: a 30-day money-back guarantee and a 1-year warranty.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with your TapPlaque for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right — a replacement or a full refund of the product price. We'd rather earn your trust than hold onto a sale.

1-year warranty

Your TapPlaque is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, including a faulty NFC chip or adhesive failure under normal use. If your plaque stops working through no fault of your own within one year of delivery, we'll replace it free of charge.

The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, drops, water exposure beyond normal indoor use, deliberate tampering with the chip, or normal cosmetic wear.

How to start a return or claim

Email us at support@tapplaque.com or use our Contact page with your order number and a short description (a photo helps for damage or defect claims). We'll reply with next steps within 1–2 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or programmed incorrectly due to our error, contact us right away and we'll ship a corrected replacement at no cost to you.

Incorrect setup information

Because each plaque is pre-programmed to the business listing you provide at checkout, re-programming or replacement needed because incorrect business information was supplied may not be covered and could be treated as a new order. Please double-check that your business name and address exactly match your Google listing before ordering.

Digital products

Digital products (supplier information, guides, and template bundles) are delivered instantly and are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, except where required by law.
